We look forward to welcoming you to Kingfisher Cabana. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

 

Occupancy & Guest Policy

• Each cabana accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.

• No unregistered or outside guests are permitted to stay overnight for the safety, privacy, and security of all guests and the property.

 

Rates & Payment

• Rates are listed in US dollars (USD).

• All confirmed reservations are prepaid and guaranteed at the time of booking. Rates are based on market demand and are non-negotiable after confirmation, including for bookings made via third-party platforms, booking sites, or travel agents.

• Guests are responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by their bank or credit card provider for international bookings.

 

Cancellation & Refund

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

• Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

House Rules

• No children permitted – Our property is designed for adults only.

• No parties or events – We aim to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests.

• No smoking inside the cabana or on the front porch. A $250 USD cleaning fee will apply for violations. A designated smoking area is available in front of the cabanas.

• No pets allowed.

• No illegal substances are permitted on the property.

 

Sustainability & Property Care

• We are an off-grid, solar-powered property. Please turn off the air conditioning when you are not inside the cabana. If left on, management reserves the right to enter and turn it off to conserve energy.

• Please treat the cabana and its furnishings with care. Should any accidental damage occur, kindly inform us immediately so we can address it promptly and ensure your comfort.

• Rooms are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and inventoried before each guest’s arrival.

 

Key & Security Policy

• Please safeguard your keys. A $50 USD fee will apply for lost or unreturned keys due to the difficulty of replacing locks in our remote location.

 

Other Notes

• We do not charge an additional cleaning fee – it’s included in your stay.

• Our goal is for you to relax and enjoy your Belizean getaway. Should you need assistance or have any concerns during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out.
